Reservations cancelled more than 24 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25.
Reservations cancelled 24 hours or less prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25 plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges.
A $25 change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint may be required at time of check-in for telephone and any incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.
Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the guest suites and all common areas of the building.
Parking is extremely limited and the few spaces the property has are available on a first-come basis only. Those who do wish to park at the property must request a parking tag at the front desk. The cost is $16 per night. Vehicles without tags will be towed.
There are no laundry facilities on site, but the housekeeping department will do guests' laundry for $15 per load (Monday through Friday only).
Housekeeping services are provided between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. each day. Bed linens will be changed after three days of stay. If guests need additional towels, soap, or the like, they should contact the concierge desk.
Check-in is from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. everyday. Guests who will be arriving late must call 800-627-7019 from the U.S. and Canada or 817-377-1353 internationally to receive the number to call to notify the property and receive late check-in instructions.
